Once you've reviewed the "Resident Selection Criteria" and feel comfortable that you'd qualify:
Search the list of rentals for a home that matches your criteria.
Click on the listings to view more specific details for properties that interest you.
When you find a property that meets your needs, click on the "Apply to rent online!" button at the top of the detail view.
Carefully read the information at the beginning of the application process and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements for applying.
Complete the application - fields displayed in red are required fields and must be completed for your application to process successfully.
Proceed to payment screen to pay your application fee(s).
Be sure to complete all of the payment process steps. Be sure to follow all instructions displayed after completing the payment process.
After you have completed all instructions, your application will be received for processing.
Please download our Disclosure & Authorization form. Once completed and signed by all pertinent parties, you can either email the form back to us, fax them to our office directly at 407-855-4928 or drop them off at our office. Please visit our Broker/Agents/Office link to obtain directions to our office.
Please feel free to view a copy of our Standard Lease. We also have additional addenda according to the specific situation.
Once you've moved into your property, you should fill out our Move In Inspection Report within 24 hours of occupancy.
